Shipping:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Beauty Aurex is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons if they have been opened or used.

Customers are responsible for contacting us within 14 days of receiving their order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund for eligible returns. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Order Cancellations:
Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed. Please carefully review your order, shipping address, and selected products before completing your purchase.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the item so we can review the issue and assist you.
